Meet THE FOUNDER
Cortnie Cozeck is a leadership strategist and operations expert with over 20 years of experience in building teams and shaping culture across nationally recognized brands, including Starbucks and award-winning hospitality groups.
Having led through complexity and rapid growth at the executive level, Cortnie founded CLC to bridge the gap she saw in leadership: a lack of real-world tools and trusted support. She brings a values-driven approach rooted in Clarity, Courage, Connection, and Growth to every engagement, working side by side with leaders to create meaningful change that lasts.
